No. it depends what you mean by games?

1.Comercial PSP games?
2.Homebrew Games?

For no.1 = No, + its illegal and you cannot talk about that here.

for no.2 = Yes, its called PSPE.

but pspe cant play any fw1.5 and above homebrew
