Trying To Burn CDI Game onto CD-R using Toast!! HELP ASAP!!

Hi,
I have a Dreamcast game in CDI format, and am trying to burn it onto a disc to play on my Dreamcast, and am using the program Toast 7. Please help, as I have no clue how to do this!
