Another update to the PCE for PSP homebrew , emulator PC Engine/TurboGrafx -16 developed by Japanese developer汁 ダークand now in version 0.83D4 . changelog this time the language does not allow us to know what's new in this release.

well according to a site I can't name because it holds some roms, the change log is:

- added advanced video settings for Galaga 88/90, Chase HQ, Outrun.
