Is the downgrader out yet for the motherboard? as of today?? Please Reply I need to know. Thanks:)

what FW version you got?

You can't downgrade on the TA-082 because it hase something that blocks out fw 1.5, however, someone is currently trying to find a way around it using the "multi-firmware module" (home made)
