I would also like to know about this. I know the iPSP software can send data via the airport.
With just the airport card alone, no, not to my knowledge. If you have the airport base station (or some other wireless router), you should be able to.
If all you want to do is stream files from your mac hard disk to your psp, you can use the OSX version of NetHostFS, but you'll still need a wireless router or at least one of those wireless adapter dongles.
