Ps3 Overheating Error

Hey, i have a faulty ps3, was wondering if you could give me afew tips on what i need to fix, or how much it would cost to get repaired, basically. ill explain what happens.


When i turn the Ps3 on works fine for about 10-20 seconds, then gradually the fan starts speeding up until a very high level, and then overheating message comes on, BUT i have noticed if i quit game, the ps3 stops with the overheating blinking light and Carry's on running just with loud fan.

I opened the console, replaced the Thermal Compound, this didn't work, so i once again opened and applied Attic 5 and still no change.
