Indian Cheese's popular ICP Phlash Portal ver. 2.1 is here! :D

(For those people that are unfamilar with ICP Plash Portal it is the best phlash portal out there for firmware 2.70+)

Now you can download it here instead of using the Network Portal Update for people that didn't work for, like me.

Which the zip or the exe? If you have zip install the files were the file folders say to put them.

If you have the exe connect your psp and type in the letter of the drive you have.
