Try using Links2 or DevHook. ;)

Well you have a couple options. If you have wipeout out pure u can get on throught the game. just google Wipeout pure browser and youll find it garenteed.

Or you can use devhook. witch allows u to run newer versions of firmware on your psp without actually updtating.
