[2] fix the SD card read/write issue


about soft-reset function:
$00C050 SET 0X00 don't back to MENU
0X01 hold RESET over 3 seconds then back to MENU
0X02 press RESET then back to MENU
0X03 use software control back to MENU



about the software MENU
