some thing we can only wish for. unfortunaty it's not possible on the dreamcast, and probably not on the psp. heres why, the sega cd it pritty powerful for its time, it featured 2 processoers one form the genesis and one frome the sega cd. although it may not appear but those 2 combined is more powerful than the neogeo cd. any ways the psp is not a incredobly more powerful that the DC and it has been confirmed that sega cd emu is not possible for the DC. search sega cd in the form search, similar question have been asked before.
