on the side of posts ive seen this add to rep button what the hell is that supposed to do
It would normally give you the ability to add points to a users reputation but it doesn't seem to be functional at the moment.

I also wondered about that....
It doesn't DO anything, except if you see a post that you think is exceptional, and deserves to add to the reputation of the poster for good posts, click it.
