Hey all, been searching google and cant find anything to help properly.
I cracked my precious Star Wars PSP Slim at work by walking into a table and so i brought a replacement screen.
Like a twat i pulled off the power connector to the backlight and now cant get any light on the screen, is there any way i can solder wires to a fuse on the PSP to get power to the baclight
Perhaps you could but maybe you should just consider getting a replacement mobo or another hackable 2000 series PSP unit. Those kind of connectors can break easy like hell when one isn't careful. I had tabs on the backlight and UMD drive laser snap by accident before and it's a pain in the ass to keep taped down.
hmm i have got other psps i use for gaming and homebrew but i want to learn how to fix the baby myself
