Contest banner on sub-pages.

Shouldn't there be a banner on the main sub-pages (I'm checking psp-news, and not the main decmu page) to this contest? I used the "ctrl+f" to search for word "contest" and finally found the link, but if I didn't search I would not find it, and those who don't know about it won't search :)

Theres a link on every site but ill add a banner to make sure they see it :)

as I said - i found the link, but it is realy hard to spot :)
