Need Help Running Emulators on DSi

I am using a Action Replay DSi for my Ds. There is a Micro SD slot on the AR card so that is how I run homebrew through the AR. I am using a 4 GB Lexar Micro SD/adapter card, here is a link to a pic:

I previously viewed a video on how to patch homebrew .nds files for the ARDSi an youtube. In the video he shows how to patch using the Datel Games and Music DLDI on SNEmulDS. i folloewed the video, patching SNEmulDS, LameboyDS, and JEnesisDS. The all run when I play them the the AR, but won't show any roms. How do I set these three emulators on my MicroSD and how do I add roms?
