Do you know what's a crock of sh*t?

The answer:

PayPal and Exchange Rates on refunds that should have happened two months ago.

It makes you wonder why it took just over two months for the refund, when eBay cleared it in January (below)... I think PayPal are swindling the exchange rate in their favour!

Does anybody else have any eBay/PayPal related news, regarding refunds? If so, post it below.

We use papal as the merchant provider at work, its a rip ( for currency conversion) and they don't take laser cards ( an Irish debt card). Trying to move to realex
