Error Code 80020148 After Loading Certain Game

So yeah, the title says it all. I'll start this out by explaining what I'm talking about.

So I've gotten an ISO made of an old UMD game I bought some time ago, which is Castlevania: Dracula X Chronicles, and it seems whenever I try to load up one of the classic games, let it be Rondo of Blood or Symphony of the Night, it will show a loading screen, then go back to the VSH with a 80020148 error code, and the typical "The game could not be started" message. Could it be that I did the UMD dump wrong or is it something else?

FYI, my firmware is 6.39 ME-4
