Help with Online
i am not sure what forum this was suppose to go under so i just put it in help. sorry if some of you disagree.
I was just wondering if a lot of sega games dont go online anymore, how is it possible to create a homebrew game, and give it online capabilities? do you just have to set up the servers and pay for them yourself?
and if that is the case how would you go about doing that?

You would use your own server. When making a homebrew game, you use the free libraries that we have (the only one that has online capabilities is KOS). KOS has a port of lwip as well as (as soon as bluecrab updates it, i think he finished today) an implementation of 'socket' for basic network communication.

u dont have to pay 4 anything. Also a major problem right now is getting online play for those who use 33.6/56k and not just BBA and LAN adaptor users.
