Help with selfboot!

Well i create a custom game (MVC2), i change their music tracks, and i made selfooteable.. and works!...
...but now i have to do it again.. and the game boot and stay freeze in the screen "Produce by or under license of SEGA" ... well that is the Ip.bin (i think), i try with differents Ip.bin and the result is the same. The game stay freeze in that screen.
- I try scramble and unscramble tha 1stread.bin... and the result is the same...
-The game that i use is to create the custom MVC2 is selfbooteable.
- I use the Selfboot,the Bootdreams,Exoboot and another one..
- I burn the image with the Nero,DiscJugggler and Alchol..
- The another games that i burn works fine.

What can i do , to make selfbooteable my custom game?what is hte problem?

No discussion of backing up or pirating commercial dreamcast games.
