i have been playing that game for a while and i can honestly say that there is know way it could be ported to the dreamcast, even with a serious graphical downgrade it would still be damn near impossible.
That game is a DirectX 9 tutorial written in C# language (Visual Studio.net and newer development environments). Sadly, I don't think that we have something similar in DC :(.
no we dont, c# is a managed language with a drag and drop interface and it runs on the .net framework.
but even if someone made this game from the ground up there is know way it would be very fast, unless we made the gfx much lower poly and got rid of any shaders(wich the dreamcast cant handle anyway) then i dont know if it would but i still doubht it.
