who has seen Monty Python and The Holy Grail
I think it is the best film ever made
in the past 3 days i have watched it 5 times
my 5 favourite scenes are(in no particular order)
1-King Arthur vs. The Black Night
2.The Knights Who Say Ni
3.The Swallow Conversation
4.The Conversation With The French and The Wooden Bunny
5. The Bridge Of Death
It's a good film, but I certainly wouldn't say it's the best film ever made. In fact, I wouldn't even say it's the best Monty Python film. Life of Brian was so much funnier than Holy Grail, IMHO.
My 5 Favorite scenes from Holy Grail:
1 - The reading from the book of armaments
2 - The bunny with the gnashing teeth "You tit... I soiled my armour I was so scared"
3 - The knights who no longer say Ni. "We are now the knights who say 'icky icky icky, pe-quang..."
4 - The bridge of death
5 - The nurses/nuns and the "bad boy" knight. "Spank us. You must spank all of us."
The Meaning of Life might be their best movie beside The Life of Brian.
Check The Flying Circus Movie too - I don't know the original English name of it, in Germany it's called something like "Wonderful World of Gravity" >:(
I hate that they use to dub all movies, doesn't matter if English, Japanese, French etc. - I love subtitles!
