Need Devhook help please

can somebody please explain how to set up and install devhook. i have tried devhook v0.46 ultimate installer v1.1.1 and a devhook 044 and have no success. I cant even get the sreen to come up. Can someone send and wright down EVERY DETAIL i need. I have a original 1.5 with gen and snes emulators. Please be VERY VERY DETAIL. I AM VERY NEW TO THIS. I would appreciate it.

Gimmie your e-mail, about a month ago i had problems with this too, but it's all smooth sailing now:) once you do it yourself it's really easy
