Zephyrus’ Complete HEN Package install?

I want to install this but i don't understand this line of the read me file.

- Go to the PHOTO viewer of the XMB and enter in the folder "HENC".

what does that mean and how do I do it?

.....when you turn your psp on you boot into the XMB, you can call it main menu if its easier (official name is 'Cross Media Bar') go to the photo viewer when you look at your pics that you have saved on your psp, then press x on the folder called 'henc'
