Hi im thinking of buying this psp.

thing is it says its 2.7 but the IC1003 thing is kinda preventing me, I was wondering if anyone has bought that exact one and has downgraded it to 1.5. Is there a chance it does have the TA-082 motherboard. Because I really dont want to buy a useless one :D. And i dont want to buy an overpriced one on ebay. Any help would be appreciated.
