going insane!!! help with devhooky

i am going isane i swear i have been doing everything right i cant get devhook usb working this is exacly what i did

downloaded ultimate installer
installed regular devhook (0.46)
installed mob pack (usb, SS, ect)
installed psp driver type B
Put my iso in the ISO folder in
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\PSP

turned on psp
ran devhook mod pack
ran usbhostfs.exe
enabled usb on the mod pack
i go to choose my Game and all i get are the ISO that are already on my psp

i went through at least 4 differant tuturials i dont understab the last part please help me out i have been trying for like an hour T_T thanks a bunch:D

We cant help you with Iso's round here it's against the rules.
