Adobe Photoshop Help

I am using Adobe Photoshop and yes i am new to it what i am trying to do is add a picture to my current picture

firstly you really need to read the manual

second, go to file then import, or just open a new canvas for editing, selection and transfer

And.. Why is this in the PSP Help Forum? :p
