Uber Noob Help...

Ok, I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing. I've read all the FAQs, looked up all the help, but no matter what I do, I can't figure it out. So perhaps you, can help me. All I need to know, is how do I run emulators on my DC? How do I run dreamcast roms on my DC? Step-by-step help would be great. Thanks.

Oh, and I know no lingo, so please ease up on the terms.

a cd image is a file that can burned to a cd.
