if you have an internet accesible DC then there are ways. or a mega memory card that can connect to your DC. or there is a vmu homebrew that will let you burn a copy to CD then boot on your DC then copy to your vmu. but you would have to look around and get the exact name from somebody cause I don't know. try dcemulation.com
Hes asking about PS2 emulation not Dreamcast :D http://www.dms.com might be a better place to find the info ;)
