Well i burned Neo4All and got it to work on my DC.
Only Problem was that every rom i loaded lagged/frameskipped alot! It didn't have anything to do with the emu settings. At the start of everygame i load universe bios appears. is that normal? i wouldn't think so concidering i renamed the file to 'AES-BIOS' i don't know what im doing wrong... please help if you can. And i'm sorry to be bugging you people im such a noob.
This emulator will do this because it has to cache the roms and the dc has a small cache. you may want to try a neogeocd emulator. that should run perfect :)
Neo4all also emulates neogeo cd. if i use it, would i have the same problem with the cache matter?
You want AES4ALL for playing neogeo roms, neo4all is for the cd games.

I downloaded AES4ALL, converted nothing but reccomended games and I still got that cache issue (games were really laggy). I did everything the guide said! ><
