Selfboot Inducer v4.0 [CDI4DC Stage II : bin2boot death]

Second version of Selfboot Inducer v4.0 modification was released.

Changes :

• replaced old cdi2nero and cdi2tao with newer cdi2nero (0.9.9). it added a "-t" switch to generates a TAO image from command line. Now all generation image (CDI, NRG TAO and DAO) uses CDI4DC, so ... bin2boot's gone for good.
• new generation process... check it yourself.

Not bad - you could have grab cdi2nero off my latest version of BootDreams since they also have a modified version of cdi2nero doing pretty much the same thing. Anyhow, good job, it was needed.
