Intellivision DS Emulator?

I'm looking to purchase a DS soon. I was a little sheepish about the move because of the luck my boyfriend has had with PSP hacking, but I'd like to give the stylus a try. Moving on...

Intellivision: excellent ancient console with some fun games... anyone working on a DS emulator for it?

There is a commercial project that is completed, but looking for a publisher. I played Astrosmash - good stuff.
