usable homebrew for Xloader need to go through PatchSFO?

This tells me about the homebrew that i usable for the Xloader for 2.8. does that mean I have to go through the PatchSFO thing again?

Only once for each new homebrew you add, all the ones that are already patched should be skipped :)
