PS2 Knife/Card Swap Tutorial

I was following this tutorial at:

to make that swap card but it says there is a "cog-swap.jpg" picture on that page and there isn't.
anyone care to link me to a site to find this picture
or anything that could be helpful to me.

Now for anyone who has done this hack, can you tell me how you got that faceplate screw removed! it's so damn small! im ruining the screw trying to get it to budge. and it dosn't move at all. i need help.

ok i found this one that gives the dimensions and i took awhile to cut it out of a credit card - it was fairly tough:(

the easy option is to just buy a special case thing with a flip lid, the swipe card thing can damage the little white thing inside
