Hi fellow gamers, I'm new here and my question is,
I see a couple of threads about 3.02. On other sites I was told that there is no downgrade for 3.02. I would love to play the homebrew games. Is it true there is no downgrade for 3.02? If it's not, can someone help me put homebrew on my psp?

No, you still can't downgrade from 3.02 or use homebrew on it. Most people in this forum talk about 3.02 OE which is a custom firmware (i.e. not made by sony, but some great hackers)
On this custom firmware you can use homebrew and have the advantages of 3.02 and the older firmwares. But to install this custom firmware you have to be on 1.5 I think, you can't upgrade from 3.0 or so to 3.02 OE.
All i can say is dont upgrade in the future
