i just dont like having to press the triggers lots

A record function with variable playback would be handy it could be used as a beatbox tool of sorts
can any 1 help me out? i have CF 3.02 OE-B umm how do i use this? i have never used any LUA programs before.
if LUA is easy to program is there any links to get me started?
