Dr Neo and the Neoflash team are really busy these days, heres yet another release from them:

NEO2 Ultra 1.0 BETA v1215 for NEO2 GBA [12-31-2006]

History:
* Support game FAT
* Support GBA SMS save
* Support compress GBA rom with NEO2 serial,can unzip and run the compressed GBA rom directly
* Not support SD/TF yet,and not support NDS rom yet.

Note:
[1] the current beta version is incompatible with NEO2 Manager,you have to format your cart first.
[2] How to install: unzip the zip file to any folder,then run the "register.bat", then run "Neo2UltraApp.exe"
