Question about 3.02 OE-B

New with psp and just upgraded it to 3.02 OE-B.

I manage to start PSX games really easy but Devhook seems not working! i've put everything in GAME150 folder too so why wont devhook work?? I've heard 3.02 OE-A runs everything a 1.5 do, but is it different to 3.02 OE-B? Plz help!

turn your psp off completely then when your turning it back on hold the r button then go to configuration then game forlder homebrew and press x on it to switch the kernal to 1.5.
