Some help with popstation 2 setup (3.03 oe-a)

i need help with the popstation setup for 3.03 oe-a
these are all the files in the popstation folder

src
cygwin1.dll
cygz.dll
license.txt
popstation.exe
readme.txt

do you put the two dll in system32
(i dont want to mess up my computer thats why)

I also need some help with the docmaker
can you make your own custom docs?
if you cant then how do you do this

The two DLL files can be kept in the same folder as popstation application instead of putting them in the SYSTEM32 folder. It will work that way.
