PSP Sound

I've got one of the original PSP version 1.5 which I have retained as a 1.5. Recently the sound has gone unless I am using the ear phones. Is there a reason for this?

I have a 2GB disk and normally load three to four films for viewing, not sure if this has anything to do with it.

blast the speakers by setting sound all the way up and it should work. :P lol no dont do that. i dont think that the ear phones are the problem. thats rather strange

I'm not sure if a bad speaker is the problem, but there is a replacement if it is.
