FFVII on psp

ok i know you have to load it someone how onto the psp but how? And do you download the torrent to put on the psp or is it another file? want the game on my psp but im completely lost how to do this. ive seen other threads but they really dont go into much details about how to do it. i would really appreciate it alot and Thanks.
