what's the best snes emulator for the ds?
There are three of them: SNES DS, SnezziDS, and SNEmulDS. All have their strengths and weaknesses, although my personal opinion is that SnezziDS is the most complete of the three. However, in order to run SnezziDS you need to have a device capable of running GBA homebrew.
