Can Snes 9x TYL 0.4.2 load saves? From what I understand in the readme it can. But it never creates a save or loads it, if it can load saves can someone help me figure out whats wrong?

1. you never asked a question about anything being wrong
2. yes as long as u save the game or use a save state using this emu it can allways load it again even after u exit the program and shut down the psp.
and i have the laest version so i know this.
