Gears of War series passes 19 million sales, says Microsoft

The Gears of War series has surpasses 19 million sales total as Epic prepares the fourth game for Xbox 360, Gears of War: Judgement.

The platform holder said at the time that its success had helped the series become the first Xbox 360 exclusive franchise to eclipse the $1 billion sales milestone.
Epic Games has confirmed a Gears of War: Judgment release date window of March 2013.
