icons??please help

ya i have no idea how to make custom icons for the psp's xmb menu but i do no how to flash the topmenu thingy that is created with it:p well im uploading some cool mmx zero icons id like to have on my psp any one want to make the file for flashing them for me please ill be in ur debt if can do this for me.

These look a bit too big. Anyways I cannot be bothered to install Microsoft framework 2.00 so I download ready made ones.
