Current Emulator Status? Best for each console?

After much umming and ahhing i finally put DA's custom firmware on my PSP :)
I was wondering if there's a thread/sticky somewhere that lists all the best PSP emulators for SNES, MD, NEO GEO, CPS and the latest or current version numbers. As a total noob i want to get up to speed asap and grab hold of the latest and best emus for all these systems, is there a quick way to find that info? Or would someone be kind enough to give a quick overview on which emus are the 'best' for each system and the latest version of each?

Best Snes: SnesPSP_TYL ME
Best Genesis: I'm pretty sure its DGEN. But someon can correct me.
Best NES: Nester J I think.
Sorry to make it hard on you butt you can always click on the emulators in the menu and read the comments to see how much people like them. But the three emulators I just mentioned work great for me. :]
