i have a non ta082 2.80 psp (not that the ta082 part matters, lol) would it be safer to use the 2.80 downgrader or the 3.03 downgrader? what are the downsides to 3.03 OE, compared to 1.5? does the HEN for 3.03 work any better or worse than the 2.80 one? (cuz the 2.80 one works pretty well) thanks, and please try to address as many of the questions as u can. :)

I would say it's safer to use the 2.80 DG rather than the 3.03DG as this leaves remnants of the 3.03FW on the flash. If you ever upgraded and wanted to downgrade it would be a brick.
There are absolutely no downsides to 3.03OE over 1.5, only benefits.
The HEN isn't as good as the eLoader, but is improving.
