Chui has released the beta 2 version of neo4all.
Here are the notes from the readme:
* Many speed ups
* Almost every game supported.
* Emulation speed boosted.
* Improved sound core.
* CDDA fixed in many games.
* Z80 core changed to MAMEZ80.
* Scanline flickering removed.

err, I can't get this to work :/
I checked the emu with 1st_read.bin checker, it was already scrambled, then tried to burn it with dchakker, then making the image with ngcdselfboot_0.2...
it keeps rebooting the dc; it's not coming from the bios,I just tested it with neocdps2 and it worked :(
Same here also using dchakker.
hehe for me too. I also converted it to unscrambled and tryed to run it with demomenu (as scrambled) and dchakker (both bins [s/u]) - the same problem - reebooting. Its weird because all rest binaries (all of dc scene and neocdsdl by Ian / neocd by quzar / neo4all ) to this time working fine on my DC. I using the same bios from early Ian relases and I am sure that is properly bios. It has any new libs ??

fox posted the news in the neo4all section, i just frontpaged it for him. I didnt intentionally go trolling for files or anything.
lol seems like a bit of wires crossed has happened, at least the fixed version is out now
