Freaky Xbox Dashboard Sounds...

Ok first off this may seem a really strange post but it really has been bugging me.

With my xbox (orginal and never modded) if I have the dashboard on and turn my tv volume right up high, there are strange sounds and some kind of radio frequency trying to come though.

My girlfriend noticed it first off and I have just been given a broken one to play with and found the same kind of thing.

I asked a few others that I know with xboxs and only 2 more out of the 9 people I asked have the same thing. Well all live around the same area so I know its no local radio waves or anything.

Question is, what actually is it?! :confused: Does this happen on anyone elses xbox?!
