Hey guys! Alot of people were asking about Vista Icons, and wallpapers, and stuff like that.
Well, I made a PSP theme pack, with the topmenu_plugin.rco, and two awesome wallpapers!

the camera icon, and the certificate utility icons are messed up with 3.03 oec
