It probably has. It's more news if it hasn't been patched rather than it has. Most people assume it has. We just need some testers on it to prove it hasn't or it will go down as it has.
that would be awesome if it hasn't. But it most likely has. I mean, Sony released fw 3.10 and 3.11 in reaction to the 3.03 DGer. So if it hasn't been patched, then Sony is dumber than we expected.

Nobody likes 3.10 so nobody can try it on a 3.10. It's nice to see that almost every PSP (and all new PSPs) are downgradeable.
