homebrew development suggestions

hello, new to this forum, just couple of key points id like to put forward

1 is all homebrew development aiming for dldi support at the moment?
2 SUGGESTION for a wifi homebrew to access the network settings, rather than accessing the menu in the WFC settings of a game
3 will i be allowed to post interface (skins) here on this forum?
4 problem with BEUP handshakes, searched everywhere and no support. R4, SSID, WEP, static IP, i dont seem to see what the problem can be.
